Treasures in Nature

National Ilan University, formerly the Taiwan Provincial Ilan School of Agriculture and Forestry, is located in the Lanyang Plain formed by the Lanyang River. Thus the rich agricultural culture and natural resources are inspirations for this project. The curatorial concept of public art is to show the humble simplicity in nature and the connection of human labor with the land.
