The theme is to reflect the spirit of the site. Gathering, playing, resting under the banyans trees is the common memories of Taiwanese across generations. Weiwuying’s historical background is like the vast canopy of a banyan tree, watching over us.

Contemporary artist Wen Fu Yu created the work "After the Spring Snow", inspired by the Eastern landscape gardening. Three students team from Cheng Kung University, The National Kaohsiung Normal University and Shih Chien University also created 3 sets of temporary works in the park.
